Backorders
Although most of the products that we inventory are available
for immediate shipment, occasionally a product is out of stock.
In addition, when we drop-ship a product direct from a manufacturer
or distributor we may not become aware that it is out of stock
until we place an order. In either event, we will notify you as
soon as we become aware that an item is on back order and give
you the available options for completing or canceling your order.
Cancellations
If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, just

fax at 763-425-7030 or e-mail at mail@laptoptravel.com.
If your order hasn't been shipped we will cancel the order.
If all or any portion of your order has already been shipped,
you are responsible for returning it to us at your expense,
and we will issue a credit for the product cost less the shipping
charge we have incurred.
