You must obtain a return authorization before returning an item

If the returned item is defective or has been damaged in shipment,
we will send you a replacement and will cover your cost of returning
the item to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for the cost
of returning items to us. All RMAs must be done within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
If a returned item is defective or has been damaged in shipment,
we will at your option either send you a replacement or issue
you a credit in the amount of the item's cost plus the original
shipping charge. If you decided not to keep an item for
some other reason, we will issue you a credit for the cost of
the item less a 20% restocking charge and will not refund
the original shipping charge and any additional shipping charges for returning the product. There will be NO returns on any custom-ordered product. All returns must be handled within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
