Warranty & Disclaimer
All LT Gear brand products are warranted to
be of good and merchantable quality based on manufacturer warranty under normal
usage conditions. Any and all other warranties are expressly disclaimed.
Our remedy for defective products is limited to replacement of
the defective product, and no incidental or consequential damages
will be recognized. All other products offered carry the warranties,
if any, of their manufacturers and are not the responsibility
of LTGear.

LIMITED WARRANTY
LTGear warrants the products we sell to be free from defects
in material and workmanship under normal use as follows:
(1) During
the first ten (10) days from date of purchase LT Gear will
repair or replace any defective items. LT Gear will cover
the cost of return and handling.
(2) All
requests for warranty returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase
and be made via an RMA authorized by LT Gear.
