Warranty & Disclaimer
All QuikConnect / Laptop Travel brand products are warranted to
be of good and merchantable quality for one year under normal
usage conditions. Any and all other warranties are expressly disclaimed.
Our remedy for defective products is limited to replacement of
the defective product, and no incidental or consequential damages
will be recognized. All other products offered carry the warranties,
if any, of their manufacturers and are not the responsibility
of Laptop Travel, LLC.

LIMITED ONE-YEAR BATTERY WARRANTY
Laptop Travel warrants its laptop battery packs to be free from defects
in material and workmanship under normal use as follows:
(1) During
the first ninety (90) days from date of purchase Laptop Travel will
repair or replace any defective battery pack. Laptop Travel will cover
the cost of return and handling.
(2) After
ninety (90) days and up to one year from date of purchase, Laptop
Travel will issue a credit toward the replacement of the battery pack
with a new unit. The credit will be equal to the price of the original
battery prorated with a fraction whose denominator is 12 and whose
numerator is 12 minus the number of months since the date of purchase.
(For example, the credit for a battery purchased 9 months ago will
be 3/12's of the price of the original battery). Battery cell capacity
degradation due to excessive use is not covered by warranty.
(3) This
warranty is not valid if any label is removed or if the battery pack
has been modified, improperly charged, improperly installed, neglected,
overcharged or misused in any way.
(4) All
requests for warranty returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase
and be made via an RMA authorized by Laptop Travel.
